At Bush and the Bee, we believe in clarity, honesty, and transparency. In these terms and conditions, you will find information about orders, payments, shipping, returns, liability, and the use of our webshop and products.

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Bush and the Bee and to every agreement concluded between Bush and the Bee and the consumer via the webshop.

By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Bush and the Bee makes every effort to describe and display products as completely and accurately as possible.

Images, colours, and product displays may differ slightly from reality due to screen settings or device display.

Obvious errors, mistakes, or typographical errors in prices, product information, or offers do not bind Bush and the Bee. Weights, capacities, nutritional values, and other product specifications are displayed as accurately as possible. Small deviations common with natural products do not constitute a defect.

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

If a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable after an order has been placed, Bush and the Bee has the right to cancel the order. Any amounts already paid will be fully refunded in such a case.

The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and Bush and the Bee confirms this order by email.

Bush and the Bee reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if there is reason to do so.

All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Bush and the Bee reserves the right to change prices at any time.

For the consumer, the price displayed at the time of ordering always applies.

Payment must be made immediately upon ordering using one of the offered payment methods.

Bush and the Bee offers the following payment methods, among others:

iDEAL;
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
Klarna;
Credit card.

When paying via Klarna, additional terms and conditions from Klarna may apply.

Bush and the Bee ships standard to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping is available to all countries within the European Union. If you cannot select your country or destination, please contact us at info@bushandthebee.nl. We will be happy to explore the possibilities and do our best to arrange shipping to your destination. Please note that shipping costs may vary per country. We will, of course, always communicate these in advance, so you won't be faced with any surprises.

Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

The risk of damage or loss of products lies with Bush and the Bee until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Bush and the Bee is not liable for delays that occur with carriers after an order has been handed over for shipment.

The consumer has the legal right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without stating reasons, to the extent that the right of withdrawal is not excluded by law.

For the conditions, exceptions, return procedure, return costs, and further information about the right of withdrawal, Bush and the Bee refers to the return policy as published on the website. The return policy is an integral part of these general terms and conditions.

Upon receipt and approval of the return, Bush and the Bee will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Bush and the Bee may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received in good order.

Bush and the Bee guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and with reasonable quality requirements.

Mānuka honey is a natural product. As a result, color, taste, smell, texture, crystallization, and composition may vary per batch.

The MGO value stated on the label represents a minimum guaranteed value at the time of production. Independent laboratory analyses may show that the actual MGO value is higher than stated on the label. Such positive deviations are inherent to natural products and do not constitute a defect or grounds for termination of the agreement.

These natural variations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle to replacement, refund, or compensation.

Bush and the Bee products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice or medical treatment.

Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months.

Bush and the Bee makes no medical guarantees or health claims beyond legally permitted information. The information on our website is for general information about our products only. This information is not intended as medical advice and should not be used for diagnosing, preventing, treating, or curing diseases.

In case of allergies, health complaints, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use, or if in doubt, we advise you to contact a doctor or medical specialist before use.

The consumer remains responsible for checking the ingredients and product information. Bush and the Bee is not liable for the consequences of known or unknown allergies, unless there is incorrect or incomplete product information.

Results and experiences with mānuka honey may vary per person.

Bush and the Bee is not liable for damages caused by:

improper use of products;
incorrect storage of products;
allergic reactions or personal sensitivities;
information from external parties or websites.

Bush and the Bee's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

All content on the Bush and the Bee website, including texts, images, photography, logos, designs, and brand expressions, is the property of Bush and the Bee or is used with the permission of the copyright holders.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use content without prior written consent.

Bush and the Bee processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after discovery via info@bushandthebee.nl.

Check your order as soon as possible after receipt. Have you received a damaged product or has an incorrect item been delivered? Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at the latest.

Bush and the Bee strives to respond to complaints substantively within 14 days.

Bush and the Bee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

The most current version of the terms and conditions is always available on the website.

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the applicable legal rules.

Bush and the Bee is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure.

Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bush and the Bee, including but not limited to disruptions at carriers, natural disasters, fire, pandemics, government measures, internet or payment disruptions, supplier problems, and other situations that temporarily or permanently make the performance of the agreement impossible.

During a situation of force majeure, Bush and the Bee's obligations will be suspended. If the force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, both parties have the right to dissolve the agreement without entitlement to compensation.
