Orders placed on weekdays are usually shipped within 24 hours. The final delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and the country of destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can follow your package.

Within the Netherlands, we ship with PostNL and GLS. For Belgium, Germany, and France, we use GLS. Shipments to Luxembourg and other international destinations are sent with FedEx.

Larger orders, if necessary, are shipped as a pallet shipment via DHL or a local transport partner.

Yes. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, you can choose delivery to a pick-up point.

It is not yet possible to select a pick-up point yourself. Therefore, your package will be delivered to the pick-up point closest to the home or work address you provided.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. This will indicate at which pick-up point your package will be delivered and from when it will be ready for collection.

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your package until delivery.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the chosen carrier. The current shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Yes. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and France as standard. Would you like to have your order shipped to another country? Please feel free to contact us at info@bushandthebee.nl. We will be happy to explore the possibilities.

Shipping costs vary per destination and are always communicated in advance, so you won't encounter any surprises.

Currently, it is not possible to pick up orders.

Every order is carefully packaged with recyclable, paper-based protective materials, ensuring your glass jar(s) of Bush and the Bee mānuka honey arrive safely.

Although we pack our orders with great care, something unexpected can unfortunately go wrong during transport.

Please check your order as soon as possible after receipt. Have you received a damaged product or has an incorrect item been delivered? Please contact us no later than 72 hours after receipt at info@bushandthebee.nl.

Please include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and any transport damage. Based on this, we will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution. In these cases, any return costs will, of course, not be charged to you.
